Stretching his leadership role beyond his business, Jerry dedicates time and resources towards a higher purpose. Easily recognized in the local communities, he served on the board of trustees for a local university, is past president of the local Rotary Club, participated in the clean-up efforts of Superstorm Sandy, has participated in global outreach programs for mosquito control to prevent Zika Virus, medical missions to help children hear, and is president of a non-profit organization that he founded to provide scholarships and special needs awards for college bound students.

Commitment to this industry has landed him positions on the national board of directors of National Pest Management Association and served as president of his state association. The New Jersey Pest Management Association and his clients have awarded his company the Best of Essex Reader’s Choice Award “Gold Medal” for the fourth consecutive year in a row.

Bob is a client-service oriented, senior financial executive with roots in public accounting, coupled with diversified financial, operational, administrative and technology-related experience leading international and domestic, privately held and publicly traded entities, from start-up to $200 million.

After spending nearly nine years in the audit and tax divisions of several large accounting firms, Bob served as CFO or COO for a number of small- to medium-sized, entrepreneurial-owned and -operated, service and technology businesses. Most recently he led the sale of a field services company with employees in 13 states – up and down the East Coast from Massachusetts to Florida, along with Illinois and Texas, where he served as CFO for the business.

Bob earned his undergraduate degree from Fairleigh Dickinson University, Magna Cum Laude, and is a licensed CPA in the state of New Jersey.

Philip is a senior sales executive with more than 30 years of proven success in sales, new business development, and sales operations for everything from startup companies to global corporations within the life science industries. An expert at creating and capitalizing on C-level business relationships while developing and managing key partnerships with large corporations, Philip also has a track record for increasing market share and expanding a company’s national and international presence.

For Dial BioSciences, Philip provides leadership, direction and resource stewardship to the organizations sales function. He’s also accountable for overall sales organization performance, the profitable achievement of sales organization goals, and for aligning sales objectives with company business strategy.

Philip earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Information Systems, with minors in Computer Science and Electrical Engineering from the University of Maryland. He’s a certified Six Sigma Green Belt and a Miller Heiman certified sales professional.

Michele, a senior sales and marketing executive, has more than 25 years of experience and expertise in B2B distribution, manufacturing, and packaging of consumer goods and services.

Michele began her career in distribution sales in 1990, where she developed partnerships with service providers who specialize in treating structures and plant material with EPA-registered products. After ten years in distribution sales, and while earning a MBA in marketing, Michele expanded her professional portfolio to include marketing for some of the largest manufacturers in agriculture. Michele then joined a packaging company to further broaden her business acumen to include packaging expertise. Having spent over two decades in this field of work, Michele brings a wealth of industry knowledge and connections into her role at Dial BioSciences, LLC.

Michele earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Horticulture from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo, and her Masters of Business Administration in Marketing from Keller Graduate School of Management.

Mr. Acosta has over 15 years' experience in the Pharmaceutical/Medical Device/Biotechnology sector, and has a love for traveling, fitness and poorly attempting to mimic Jimi Hendrix on the electric guitar.
